Description
The water wall in this fountain generates a
range of dynamic patterned effects from a profusion of evolving bubbles to
undulating streams of water that change over time. The result is
mesmerizing.
The waterwall incorporates a water chamber
containing a translucent lensatic screen for generating random pathways for
water and air bubbles to percolate down the display. This behavior is separated
from the viewer space by a clear glass front-piece which lends the technology
to free-standing and in-wall installations without having water in the viewer
space.
The waterwall is both utility and design
patented and is unlike any waterwall previously available.
A free-standing pedestal version of the
waterwall is depicted here and is available in limited edition. The pedestal is
available either in natural birch (shown) or in cherry wood veneer. The
pedestal support has built in levelling feet.
The waterwall itself is fabricated in part
from from acrylic, lexan, and glass.
The waterwall is driven by a patented
electronic controller. Since we incorporate random elements into the program,
the wall never appears to the viewer to repeat the same sequence of patterns.
Immediately below is a video sample to give
you some idea of the possibilities of the wall. It's fits well with modernist
architecture and makes a commanding statement in the home or office . |
